The place is clean, the room is pleasantly decorated, the staff is very-very nice and welcoming. It boasts a good location; just off southwell racecourse, and restaurant. The hotel is definitely recommended to everyone.

The central location, amazingly attentive staff - relaxing hotel. Breakfast with poached egg and sausages from the local butchers and sausages. Location close enough to a good area as well as centre of Southwell. Also, in event of fire.

The hotel's location was magnificent, just off a roundabout and other venues. The staff was very welcoming and super-friendly, everything was great. It was pleasantly decorated and new-fashioned, good enough for one night.

In a very central location with restaurants and pubs close to the hotel. 30 km from Nottingham airport. Lovely bed in the queen room, plus Wi-Fi and coffee. Excellent vegetarian breakfast for his tea, and exceptionally nice staff.

Check in was early, hotel was well priced, locations was perfect in a pleasant area. I have stayed in queen room with kettle, fridge plus coffee making facilities for 2 nights.
There was elevator missing.
